Top Essentials a MAN should have

Hello people, it's been awhile...I know. I was down for about a week or so but I'm better, stronger and healthier now. But then, school has started and I have to study and pass plus there's really a lot going on in my life right now so I will be posting once in awhile. But not to worry, there are a couple of articles sent to me by my loyal and lovely readers so I'll always publish them if I find them fit.

So today, we will be talking about the essentials a proper man should have. A few of my readers said that I don't involve guys as much as I do for girls, emmmh; but I'm a Girl...lol. Okay back to the topic, a *proper man.....I don't know if proper is the best word but it would do for now. Would have used *responsible but these days,  that word is so redundant, so, *proper would do for now!

Before I go any further, I would like to thank those of you who wrote me concerning me blogging and how you've missed my posts, I'm grateful cos I probably wouldn't have thought of blogging today if not for those messages so THANK YOU! Again, back to the topic, I would like to remind us that there's a difference between a boy and a man. Here, I'm not even trying to talk about age differences...it all has to do with the mind and we would get to the details in my next post.

So ladies and gentlemen, the qualities below should be what you should look out for in a man, handsome face and nice swag won't feed you. These days, ladies fail to look beyond the present, as far as you're buying assorted biscuits and drinks, you're the man! Smh but not to worry, all these would change after you're done reading this article....I hope so!

•  WISDOM and CASH;  aka common sense, the ability to discern or judge what is true. We all should know that common sense is not "common". This is why a guy would still be living in his friend's or parents' house without any tangible job or investment but as soon as he hits this jackpot with $5000, he buys a car of $4500 and squanders the remaining money on social life. OMG...like how dumb could it get?  Girls these days prefer the flashy life, so guys want  to keep up. Even the bible made us to understand that "wisdom and money can get you almost anything but only wisdom can save your life" Eccl 7:12. So ladies, choose carefully....Guys, be wise!
  
• RESPECT; Some guys lack respect. They have no regard for anyone including you. They think with money, you're at their beck&call....some ladies don't mind, provided that you care for their needs and all, then you're good to go. Sorry, not for me!!! And this is how he would disgrace you in front of your friends and family. You think he would change when you two get married and kids are involved, hell-to-the-freaking-NO!!! Boo, he would hit you even in front of the kids and send you home if you ever challenge him, after all, you never did while you two were dating/courting so why should you do so now??
• GOOD-LOOKING/LOOKS; Now, I'm not talking about a handsome face or nice body and all. An example; You're from a humble background, a responsible home and you want to bring back a tout with sagged jeans, open shirt, tattoos even on face, all types of jewelries for your parents to see and approve. What is this, Christmas goat? Who says looks don't matter, it does! Look for a responsible man, not someone you would be walking with and you would be restless because of the policemen around. Get someone you know you would be proud of if your son grew up to become just like him.
  
• SPEECH, ATTITUDE and MANNERS; If you're  lacking these, we can never be friends, not now- not tomorrow, it's just a deal breaker mehn. Let's be real, if a guy lacks manners and has a very bad attitude, he would miss so many good opportunities in life. I can't deal, it just doesn't go well for me and those kind of guys. The worst of all, you can't change them! They are always very stubborn and think they know all...you can change someone's looks but not these set of people. They were born this way, this is their destiny....lol, it's no that serious.
• CHARISMA and PERSONALITY; I'm usually attracted to anyone with strong personality and charisma. I already blogged about it but in this case, I was referring to the ladies. Click here to read Essentials a Lady must have
•  KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORD OF GOD; Finally, He doesn't believe in God? Too bad.  I don't think any believer would want to end up in this path. I don't think I should make more emphasis on this.

My CASUAL SUMMERY LOOK 2

Hey...hope y'all are doing great. So  today, I will be blogging my look from 2 days ago. Went for shopping with my friends. The weather was terrible, it was so hot and sunny but the pictures came out good. If She's Doing these, then you shouldn't be DATING HER!!

We all know that most relationships don't last because the other cheated.
Most guys are the architects of their own problems. What do I mean by this? I think most guys are stuck with a particular girl because she's very pretty or popular or has a great body. Or maybe you're still with this girl because of people's opinions about you two(you probably don't want to stop getting those nice compliments on how cute you two are and how people would love to have your kind of *perfect relationship #relationshipgoals) You see some really phony behaviors and you still tolerate her....most times we choose not to pay attention to signs and this is not cos we're trying to tolerate an individual but because we try to make it seem less important/serious than it actually is. You can't keep eating the same sh*t over and over again??? This is why most girls take their men for granted, they can always eat any type of sh*t served to them! whether it's hot or cold, these guys don't care...after all, sh*t is sh*t! Worse is, you two aren't even married, you're just dating and you want to continue eating sh*t? At what stage would you get tired of eating man? Anyways...some behaviors exhibited by your girl severally should tell you if you would want to spend your entire life with her or just play along for the time being.

So below are funny but serious reasons a responsible man should still not be dating her;

• Her attitude towards her parents; does she respect her parents? Her mom or dad, whoever that's still alive. If your girl has no regard toward her parents, what makes you think yours would be different? Oh y'all are still doing the 'anointed love', yeah? Dude if she as no respect or regard for her parents, just know it's only a matter of time before she starts disrespecting you too or haven't you heard that charity begins at home?
• Her attitude towards your friends; this reason may sound funny but it's truth. How is her attitude towards your friends? If normal, cool.  But if hostile, not cool...you should talk to her. Nevertheless, my main concern here is...does her speech and smile and walk change when she's with your friends? I mean, does her walk change from goatwalk to catwalk? Or does her voice change from war-voice to bedroom-voice?? Mmmmh, run!!! Did you hear me?? I said you should run....she's not real oooo. How can she be goatwalking with you and suddenly she starts catwalking when she sees your friends especially your male friends? Like, what's she trying to prove....or it that her coded way of flirting?  Well, don't say I didn't warn you.
• Her Fart; how does she fart? Mehn, you have to rate the manner of approach of her fart, the smell and sound. This may sound funny but it's real. Most people have collapsed from unadulterated fart. When she was eating, she didn't invite you now she's coming to kill you with mess. I personally don't think anyone should still be dating someone that farts uncontrollably after 2weeks of them getting to know each other. You fart in the car, shops, church, home, everywhere and worse...she laughs thinking it's cute. Well, you know what to do. For me, I think the farting should start when things are getting serious...lol

You should ask yourself the following questions;

• Does she compare you with other guys? Awwn...if your girl keeps comparing you with other guys, why are you still with her? You should let her go so that she can find that perfect one  and when she comes back wanting you back, let her go again...she probably didn't find anyone that wants her. Okay, I need to let you know something, some guys deserve their girls to compare them to others. If you're dirty, you deserve to be compared to a pig cos you probably don't deserve to be compared to humans.
• Does she seem bored whenever she's with you? You don't have to stay with someone who doesn't appreciate your company. You can do better than that. This is the common reason why people breakup,simply because they're BORED! But some guys can be boring though. How can a grown-ass man keep talking about rabbits? The only topic of conversation he's good at is, rabbit and other animals. So, you can imagine why she's bored of you.
• Is she Materialistic? Is she always demanding you get her this or that? It's okay for now because you can afford it, what happens when she wants something you can't afford at a given time? Don't say I didn't warn you
• Is she Inconsiderate? Maybe you over look certain things she does thinking it would get better with time or eventually when you guys are married. Well, most times, it's true but this does not always happen. Remember; a pig would always be a pig...lol, that was the only comprehensible logic I could come up with. Trust me, it's  not right if you have a promotional exam and both you and your girl know that you have to finish studying a particular chapter and she  keeps playing loud music knowing full well that this distracts you. It's just not right.
• How does she react when she's Angry? Does she destroy things or burn them when she is mad? Please run...run for your life. You may piss her off one day and she would end up burning you while you sleep. 
• Does she Steal? Ever since you started dating this girl, you've been losing your things. My dear, you're not losing your memory and no ghost came into your home, it's your girl. The culprit is right beside you. You can install CCTV just to be 100% sure.

I think besides cheating, these common reasons which most people overlook would serve as criteria for dissolving a relationship.

Weight Loss; Reduce belly fat and other Unnecessary Fats through Lemon/Lime Juice

Hello People....for you to be here means you're actually trying to lose weight or maybe you just want to figure out how this process works. Better still, you're here for a friend.
This post is a natural way to losing way, it only needs you to be steadfast and patient and it works like magic!

If you're looking for the healthiest and most efficient way of losing weight with no possible consequences, also imbibe the advice of a  professional trainer and dietitian. 

Before you continue, it's best to avoid fizzy drinks, junks and include a routinized exercise(cardio especially). This just helps you to see a faster and long-lasting results. To see how the effects of lemon or lime juice helps in weight loss read below;

Let me draw your attention to this, if you want this to work, replace your daily sugary drinks or beverages with lemon juice, you can't keep doing your old habits and expect a greater effect.

Lemon/Lime Juice
Things you'll need include;

• Fresh lemons/limes
• Sharp knife
• a juicer(not necessary, you can do it manually and remove the seed later) 
• Fresh water(hot or cold...people tend to believe that hot water workers faster, that may not be true but it sure increases the metabolism faster)
• a jar/ reusable bottles
• mint leaves(this is optional)
• Mug/Glass/Cup...whatever you drink with

 LEMON or LIME WATER

Lemon and Lime water can be produced using similar processes. I would use lemon in writing, just know that it stands for both.

You can achieve this in different ways,

First, cut the lemons into slices, add a few slices into a mug of hot/cold water. If you don't like the idea of slices in your drink, you can always use your juicer or squeeze half a lemon into the mug/glass/cup of water. You should drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and the last thing before you go to bed. You can also take it whenever you drink water. However, it's best to replace your sugary drinks with this.

Second way of during this is by drinking a glass or more of lemon water before each meal. This helps to keep you satiated and help you in eating small portions. Being hydrated is  a necessity to achieving weight loss and help in detoxification by the kidney. Also helps to boost metabolism.


Third way is a routine I really don't like but I end up doing it anyways, especially when I'm tired to squeeze cos I do mine manually. I put my lemon slices into a jar filled with ice cubes and half a cup of water. I also add mint leaves to this(I stopped cos I find it difficult walking to the shop nearby to buy some....remember, I'm lazy or maybe tired is the better word) Sometimes, I add other fruits including lime to this mixture. I allow this to stand for hours, when the ice cubes are melted, I pour some for myself. Most times, I add cold water to it and still drink it. It's more of recycling...I don't have the patience to wait for hours

Benefits of Lemon&Lime Water 

• Rich source of Vitamin C; this vitamin help in weight loss by either regulating the stress hormone(cortisol) which helps to store fat especially in the abdominal area or helps burn the already stored fats
• Vitamin C also helps in calcium absorption in fat cells
• Vitamin C helps to boost immunity
• Helps in reducing bloating
• Helps in detoxification, a natural diuretic
• Natural antioxidant
• Aids in Cleansing 

The Lemon Juice

PS; it's not wise for people who have acid reflux/heartburn, ulcer or untreated kidney/gallbladder disease to partake in this as condition may worsen.

It's best to take acidic beverages through a straw to avoid enamel erosion. Also bear in mind that too much ingestion of this fluid may cause stomach upset and may lead to dehydration due to diuretic function of lemon. This is why it's advised to dilute with water

Please, remember that for you to see effective results, you must have to stop or reduce your intake of sugary beverages and be on a healthy diet. You must also workout at least thrice in a week, do more of cardio! If you don't follow these rules, you would still lose weight but it won't be as effective as it would have been if you followed these rules.

Awkward Questions guys ask and their meanings!

Hey people, hope all is well? Happy new week. Maybe it's just me but I've found out that most guys ask similar questions, especially guys that I'm getting to know. So, I've decided to make a list of the most usual and awkward questions they ask and what they actually mean.

The following are the common awkward questions guys ask and their meanings;

How old are you?
Meaning; just incase we may end up dating, I want to know if you're under-aged or over-aged.

Have you eaten?
Meaning; This would actually meant *have you eaten if it was coming from someone you know but from a stranger that's not the meaning. Guys think this make them sound cute, loving and caring. Dude, it's not like you're going to do anything. Some guy asked me this and when I replied 'No'...guess his next question?

 He said, "you know how much I hate it when you don't eat, please go and find something to eat. I won't rest till you've eaten". In my mind, I'm always like, "I don't even know you from Adam and do I look hungry? Dude please don't rest oh, die!!! you're looking for who to impress" But I never tell them this cos the conversation dies here.

So, what do you do on weekends?
Meaning; I would love to take you out or hangout with you if you're not busy

Do you stay alone or have a roommate?
Meaning; so many things are going through his mind. Some of them ask this question just to know the kind of stuffs that happen in your house(trust me....guys think that far). They kinda believe that more stuffs tend to happen if you live alone. On the other hand, most of them ask this cos they would want to visit you some time.

Do you drink/smoke or party?
Meaning; they want to categorize you or themselves. If you're the party-type and they're as well....better for them. But if you're not, not so good for them cos now, they have to tread softly.

Do you have a boyfriend?
Meaning; I would like to know the possibility of going-out with you or maybe, have sex with you sometime.

What kind of guys do you like/what do you like about your boyfriend?
Meaning; they're trying to know if they fit-in to your standards. They want to know where to work on.  They also don't want to waste their time wanting you if they don't have what it takes. In general, they're categorizing themselves.

Meaning; I think you're beautiful and a lot of other guys think so, they would also want to be friends with you just like I'm trying to be.

Meaning; 15% of the time! they actually want to know. 85% of the time, they ask just to keep the conversation going.

Do you model/are you a model?
Meaning; you have a nice body/physique. Sometimes, it's just a flatter cos most girls see this as a compliment....I don't though!

Where do you shop?
Meaning; it either means you have a good fashion sense or your closet needs help!

It just makes them look responsible, neat and classy. Remember; you're addressed the way you dress and first impression matters most more..
